Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Zion and Jerusalem, September 10, 2013

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.  Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

(New Testament | John 14:27)

Beautiful Suzanne Singley Seabolt Witt Said in response to one of my written articles.

“will you please quit sending me these? I go by what the bible says.
I do fear God and love Him above all else:”

And I, Miguel Angel, an unworthy and unprofitable servant in the hands of Christ kindly replied to her,

Fair enough Suzanne, this is why I am here my lovely sister, because you fear God and love him.  Please, please pardon my loving stubbornness or insistence.  With all the blogs I send out thru these messages. It is my way of fishing with a net.  I Just wanted to extend you an invitation get you to know God; and to get you and your loved ones a little closer to him, even at arms length with intent  to for you and your loved ones to attain a more excellent hope and a better resurrection; and peace in this world and in the world to come, but not as the world gives it.   This is one of my ways of expressing mercy and charity to others.

If you read the last post I sent out concerning the dream I had; it may not mean much to others as it does to me.  But had not I written it, I would not be having the honor and privilege of talking to you personally today because you would have not responded to me.  But everyone can see that it only shows that in life or in death, the LORD does what he says. What I lived in my dream where I was in the verge of the living and burning hell; and the furious flames thereof did not even burn me,  only attests to the words of the LORD Jesus Christ or Jehovah in Isaiah 43 that say:

BUT now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee:

“””when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.”””

For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.

Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life. Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west; I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth; Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him. Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.

(Old Testament | Isaiah 43:1 - 8)

The Bible indeed teaches us much about Jesus Christ, the GOD of my fathers, even Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.  But thru the Book of Mormon and the other works we have in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, we do not just know about him but can truly KNOW him not only as he was, according to the Bible, but as he is and as he will be forevermore.  Thru the Book of Mormon, the LORD truly interacts with us  in our daily world affairs.  I bear solemn witness of that because fore me the Book of Mormon is more than a historical account or an entertaining reading material with good precepts.  As a matter if fact, God talkd to me thru the Book and I talk to him when the marvelous results ara made manifest in my life and the life of my family.

As a preacher of righteousness I offend the devil often and he gets furious. Because I preach, teach write and plagiarizer as if there is no tomorrow the greatness of the words in the book of Mormon. And I get lots of opposition by doing that. It is witness to me that the word is good for the words of truth pierce and offend the wicked soul. And when I was a wicked wicked man, I was very much offended by it because it showed my most of not all my sins as does the Holy Bible. IN my profession or vocation or passion, without a firm foundation, I or anyone in my profession will not make it a single day in the eyesight of the adversary of all righteousness.   If people hate Mormons, they will have to hate me more because I am more a Mormon than most I have seen lately. It show even thru my pores.

Yesterday I went to the doctor like a lamb to the slaughter house for some pain I have been suffering; and I had n o clued that they were going to inject me with a painful shot and to  draw blood from me.  As I was holding my breath the fair and young Phlebotomist asked me what I had planned for my day and I told her that I would go to pick up my daughter at her college, then that I would go and help a friend in need and that when I get home I would publish a couple of blogs that I had been writing since dawn, which were the ones I sent out yesterday.  She asked me what I write about and I told him that I write religious stuff about Christ. She asked what Church I go to and I confessed that I go to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint. And we talk a little about Prayer, about the bo0k of Mormon, about the church and about the Mormon missionaries. All this happen while she took my blood for some tests the doctor recommended. The conversation ended with me asking her to grab some of the missionaries from the neck tie and demand of them to teach her about the church and what we preach. And she asked me about where the church was located and I told her.  Today I had been scheduled for further testing and I went early to the Doctor’s office. But in the Morning as soon as I woke up I thought about he young lady. And I was prompted to give her a Book of Mormon. So, I rewrote a testimony that I had in store concerning the Book of Mormon and its benefits and I placed it in a Book of Mormon and after doping some daily family errands I headed up to the doctor. I was the first and I waited a little while and then she appeared for work and as we saluted, I took opportunity to handle her the great gift with the personal testimony I have concerning the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon.  And thinking about the three great drops pf blood that were drawn from me the day before, I told the phlebotomist,  that as Christ, shed his blood for all of us, that the words of the book of Mormon did cost the best blood of the ninetieth century to produce.

A little Later, I discovered that the person that would perform the additional test did not show up and they sent me to an outside lab.  I told them that the work I had come to do there was already accomplished and left to the outside lab.

I have been taken time and again for my beliefs and even imprisoned, and my precious blood has bee taken also in the meantime, which attest that there is nothing that I would not sacrifice for the love of GOD and the religious truths I hold dear. What I preach is good because I am counted worthy to suffer as the ancients witnesses or apostles of Jesus Christ suffered for Christ’ sake. I have great teachers but God also teaches me personally and his example I follow for I am a witness of him in all things, in all places at all time and even unto death. And that is the Baptismal covenant I made with him when I was baptized.  And this is why I enjoy the spirit of God that guides me more abundantly. I learned this knowledge not from the Bible but from the Book of Mormon where it is said:

Behold, here are the waters of Mormon (for thus were they called) and now, as ye are desirous to come into the fold of God, and to be called his people, and are willing to bear one another's burdens, that they may be light; Yea, and are willing to mourn with those that mourn; yea, and comfort those that stand in need of comfort, and to stand as witnesses of God at all times and in all things, and in all places that ye may be in, even until death, that ye may be redeemed of God, and be numbered with those of the first resurrection, that ye may have eternal life— Now I say unto you, if this be the desire of your hearts, what have you against being baptized in the name of the Lord, as a witness before him that ye have entered into a covenant with him, that ye will serve him and keep his commandments, that he may pour out his Spirit more abundantly upon you?

(Book of Mormon | Mosiah 18:8 - 10)

And there is nothing I do that I have not seen my father do and as far as I know them all the works of Christ I do and the sky is the limit. For in the book of Mormon he not only said but commanded unto me:

Now this is the commandment:

Repent, all ye ends of the earth, and come unto me and be baptized in my name, that ye may be sanctified by the reception of the Holy Ghost, that ye may stand spotless before me at the last day. Verily, verily, I say unto you, this is my gospel; and ye know the things that ye must do in my church; for the works which ye have seen me do that shall ye also do; for that which ye have seen me do even that shall ye do; Therefore, if ye do these things blessed are ye, for ye shall be lifted up at the last day.

(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 27:20 - 22)

The results of my beliefs in the doctrines of the Bible and of the Book of Mormon are vibrant. I walk the talk. I may not have many results with the world but I know that my work is with my GOD. And this we can do not only by hearing, bur by emulating his the LORD’s perfect example in all things and become doers of the word as you see me do unceasingly.  Because the one of the ways to know if the doctrines of the apostles and prophets are true and effective is by doing them and reaping the everlasting results unlike those that only know but do not.

And he answered and said unto them, My mother and my brethren are these which hear the word of God, and do it.

(New Testament | Luke 8:21)

But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

(New Testament | James 1:22)

Besides, I am not as happy just to know about GOD, I want to know him; and the bible mainly teaches about him and it verily gives one or two accounts of what it means to be born again in the day of Pentecost and the conversion of Nicodemus and perhaps of Paul.  But in the Book of Mormon we have countless accounts of how to achieve that process or a great many more accounts and what these people did to achieve communion with GOD and remain faithful saint since the LORD took them by hand. Even many of us Mormons despite all the blessings we have had have, still have not had that glorious experience of being born again and received of the fullness of Christ, but they are in the way to do so.  Even in a way that as the LIVING CHRIST some of us can attest that  as the son is one with the Father and in the father and in the Holy Ghost, so we are one with him and he is in us for to this end the plan of mercy exist to makes us whole and one with GOD. For the father and the son can be in us, as he was in Christ by the power of the Holy Ghost thru works of faith or thru obedience and sacrifice.  Some even  say that we worship another Jesus, but the truth is that we are the ones that know him as he is or better than most.  Most people know him as he was, even the Jesus that was a faithful minister, who  was rejected,  betrayed and crucified. And  who taught well. We also know him as such, but  they do not know him as he is. They do not perceive that it is him that is searching for his sheep thru us his servants despite all opposition. And this we know by following his example and becoming not the Christ, but Christlike.

You may know the passage of the Bible which  says:

" I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen;"

(New Testament | Revelation 1:18)

The LORD Jesus Christ knows his sheep and his sheep know him and hear his voice because they will not listen to a stranger nor will the LORD take care of another’s fold Sheep to let them pasture in his fold. It is no tin the shepherds manual. If you know Jesus, even the premortal great Jehovan as recorded in the Old Testament,  The Messiah known as Jesus Christ in the new testemtn, he who was crucified; and the Resurrected Christ which is witnessed to have been seen and ministered to a great many in the book of Mormon,  then you will recognize his voice which he speaks everywhere, even the glorified being or deity as recorded in the Book of Doctrine and covenants.  Therefore you will know that he is the one that speaks in Isaiah in the Bible and the book of Mormon and says:

Wherefore, when I came, was there no man?  when I called, was there none to answer?  Is my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem?  or have I no power to deliver?  behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness: their fish stinketh, because there is no water, and dieth for thirst.

I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering. The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned. The Lord GOD hath opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away back.

I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting.  For the Lord GOD will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed. He is near that justifieth me; who will contend with me?  let us stand together: who is mine adversary?  let him come near to me.

Behold, the Lord GOD will help me; who is he that shall condemn me?  lo, they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up. Who is among you that feareth the LORD, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness, and hath no light?  let him trust in the name of the LORD, and stay upon his God.

Behold, all ye that kindle a fire, that compass yourselves about with sparks: walk in the light of your fire, and in the sparks that ye have kindled.  This shall ye have of mine hand; ye shall lie down in sorrow.

(Old Testament | Isaiah 50:2 - 11)

And he that will contend against the word of the Lord, let him be accursed; and he that shall deny these things, let him be accursed; for unto them will I show no greater things, saith Jesus Christ; for I am he who speaketh.

And at my command the heavens are opened and are shut; and at my word the earth shall shake; and at my command the inhabitants thereof shall pass away, even so as by fire. And he that believeth not my words believeth not my disciples; and if it so be that I do not speak, judge ye; for ye shall know that it is I that speaketh, at the last day.

But he that believeth these things which I have spoken, him will I visit with the manifestations of my Spirit, and he shall know and bear record.  For because of my Spirit he shall know that these things are true; for it persuadeth men to do good.

And whatsoever thing persuadeth men to do good is of me; for good cometh of none save it be of me.  I am the same that leadeth men to all good; he that will not believe my words will not believe me—that I am; and he that will not believe me will not believe the Father who sent me.  For behold, I am the Father, I am the light, and the life, and the truth of the world.

Come unto me, O ye Gentiles, and I will show unto you the greater things, the knowledge which is hid up because of unbelief.

Come unto me, O ye house of Israel, and it shall be made manifest unto you how great things the Father hath laid up for you, from the foundation of the world; and it hath not come unto you, because of unbelief.

Behold, when ye shall rend that veil of unbelief which doth cause you to remain in your awful state of wickedness, and hardness of heart, and blindness of mind, then shall the great and marvelous things which have been hid up from the foundation of the world from you—yea, when ye shall call upon the Father in my name, with a broken heart and a contrite spirit, then shall ye know that the Father hath remembered the covenant which he made unto your fathers, O house of Israel.

And then shall my revelations which I have caused to be written by my servant John be unfolded in the eyes of all the people.  Remember, when ye see these things, ye shall know that the time is at hand that they shall be made manifest in very deed.

Therefore, when ye shall receive this record ye may know that the work of the Father has commenced upon all the face of the land. Therefore, repent all ye ends of the earth, and come unto me, and believe in my gospel, and be baptized in my name; for he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned; and signs shall follow them that believe in my name.

And blessed is he that is found faithful unto my name at the last day, for he shall be lifted up to dwell in the kingdom prepared for him from the foundation of the world.  And behold it is I that hath spoken it.  Amen.

(Book of Mormon | Ether 4:8 - 19)

As you see, I do not speak of myself or of anything that is not supported by the law and the prophets or harmonize faithfully with the law and the testimony.  Therefore, If you do not recognize the words of the LORD  in the scriptures above maybe, maybe an unbiased testimony of a Baptist Preacher will persuade you.  But if not, maybe THE GREAT PROLOGUE, a fireside sermon or speech given by an apostle of Jesus Christ who I believe is a direct descendant of Mark, the Son of the Apostle Peter will persuade you to believe. And if that does not get thru you, then surely, my dear sis, you either have a stony heart or you are not nor ever will be of the LORD’s flock.  I prefer a Stony heart, for I had one myself until the LORD took me by the hand and changed it to a heart of flesh. And in that day I was born spiritual of him and he became my God and I became his son.

TEN BIBLICAL PROOFS OF THE TRUTHFULNESS OF THE BOOK OF MORMON

THE GREAT PROLOGUE
By Mark E Petersen

Now Suzanne, since this is may be last time I may post blogs or private messages in your site, I wanted to make it count.  This is why I have undertaken this work because you will not forget that I was sent and say these things of which in due time the lord our GOD will show you and bear witness of me and I exhort you to remember these things. And I do these things for the fulfilling of the prophecies,  for he, the LORD Jesus Christ, the only one,  with these very words in BOLD RED will say unto you, even in the great day of Judgment:

And I exhort you to remember these things; for the time speedily cometh that ye shall know that I lie not, for ye shall see me at the bar of God; and the Lord God will say unto you:

“Did I not declare my words unto you, which were written by this man, like as one crying from the dead, yea, even as one speaking out of the dust?

I declare these things unto the fulfilling of the prophecies.  And behold, they shall proceed forth out of the mouth of the everlasting God; and his word shall hiss forth from generation to generation.

And God shall show unto you, that that which I have written is true. And again I would exhort you that ye would come unto Christ, and lay hold upon every good gift, and touch not the evil gift, nor the unclean thing.

And awake, and arise from the dust, O Jerusalem; yea, and put on thy beautiful garments, O daughter of Zion; and strengthen thy stakes and enlarge thy borders forever, that thou mayest no more be confounded, that the covenants of the Eternal Father which he hath made unto thee, O house of Israel, may be fulfilled.

Yea, come unto Christ, and be perfected in him, and deny yourselves of all ungodliness; and if ye shall deny yourselves of all ungodliness, and love God with all your might, mind and strength, then is his grace sufficient for you, that by his grace ye may be perfect in Christ; and if by the grace of God ye are perfect in Christ, ye can in nowise deny the power of God.

And again, if ye by the grace of God are perfect in Christ, and deny not his power, then are ye sanctified in Christ by the grace of God, through the shedding of the blood of Christ, which is in the covenant of the Father unto the remission of your sins, that ye become holy, without spot.

And now I bid unto all, farewell.  I soon go to rest in the paradise of God, until my spirit and body shall again reunite, and I am brought forth triumphant through the air, to meet you before the pleasing bar of the great Jehovah, the Eternal Judge of both quick and dead.  Amen.

(Book of Mormon | Moroni 10:27 - 34)

And now I bide you farewell with my binding testimony

Pleas note that what I say in abundance to one single person, only shows that my interest for the welfare of your soul is real and that it goes beyond merely good intentions.

I bear witness and testify that I know that the Bible is the word of GOD, I also know and bear witness that the Book of Mormon is the word of God with the same assurance and intensity. And I also know and bear witness that Joseph Smith was and is a true prophet of GOD, an instrument of a great work which is the work of restoration.  He, Joseph Smith did not make our church, Jesus Christ did, Joseph Smith was the only worthy instrument under heaven that could have done it. He just brought it out of obscurity with the same prejudices that the Church of Jesus Christ had when it went into the wilderness or into obscurity after the apostles of Christ were martyred.

To the early saints and the Mormon Pioneers, to lift this church up was a rude awakening, and I am grateful for them all.  But since then we have improved much and like it or not, it is the only church acceptable to God, speaking of the Collective church and not initially for God does not look upon sin with the least degree of allowance, yet he that repents will be forgiven. And I say this because all flesh has become corrupted before GOD.  Please considered these things at heart and ask God if I speak truth or falsehood.  That this church is coming out of obscurity fair as the moon, bright is the sun in its strength and potent as an army with banners.

THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS

As you, I am very grateful for the Bible.  I do not know what I would do without it because I love it so much. And I love those who sacrificed themselves so we can have it in our homes. Likwise I feel for the Book of Mormon and the other scriptures that we have in the restored church of Jesus Christ.  I love William Tyndale, he is one of my heroes. Thanks to him we have a Bible that we all can read at home.  Did you know Suzzane, that William Tyndale was a kind of prophet? Not many people, even amongst us Mormons know that. But I and the world know that before and nearing his death, he uttered two prophetic prayers.  and those prayers came to pass.

Perhaps you may be aware of the fulfillment of one of those prayers. When Tyndale was burned at the stake, before he was strangled he was allowed to speak. And he prayed to GOD that King James would open his eyes and make the Bible a reality for the availability to all. That prophesy was fulfilled some three years later when the King James bible became a historical reality. But before this, he had uttered another more profound prophecy in the heat of spiritual battle. When he asked the Pope for Permission to translate and publish the Bible for public use, his request was vehemently denied. The colossal Pontifice at the time sent an emissary, or one of his priests to tell Tyndale that it was not good to throw the pearls to the swine. For to the Catholic Church that is what the ignorant filigrees were, even as inbred swine. But then that unkind message  infuriated Tyndale and filled with the rebuke of the LORD he said to the Messenger that IF GOD GAVE HIM LICENSE O RPERMISSION, THAT HE WOULD MAKE “THE BOY FROM ENGLAND THAT PUSHED THE THRESSHING OR PLOWING CART” TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE SCRIPURES THAN THE HIM, THAT IS, KNOW MORE ABOUT THE SCRIPTURES THAN THE MESSENGER, AND EVEN THE POPE.  You may  or may not know it,  but that prophecy came to pass some three hundred years later.  For the Boy from England that pushed the Thressing cart was Joseph Smith Jr. Was not Joseph Smith Jr. of Anglo Saxon descent or heritage? Who can deny it. And that hard working boy o flow degree, reading the scriptures read the verse written in the first epistle of James 1:5 which says that if any lack wisdom let him ask God who gives to all liberally.

THE FIRST VISION

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5UA78MT44Y

Indeed there were many scholarly preachers before and after Joseph Smith jr. Some o f these protestant preachers were of renown or well know celebrities.  But none that I know pushed and threshing or plowing cart or knew more about or of the scriptures than Joseph Smith before or after. As far as I know, in these latter days he is the ONLY one that made the experiment or followed word by word the admonition of James in his epistle.  He really taught about what James wants us all to do.  And after while the Young Boy called Joseph Smith,  decided to go and ask GOD which church he should join for he truly lacked knowledge and wisdom.

And his prayed was answered whether you believe it or not, GOD the Father and the LORD Jesus Christ appeared to him which God, the angles, the entire universe, we, you and the world know as the first vision.  For it was an even of universal proportions.  Never before both the Father and the Son had appeared in the flesh to man. And more great revelations followed after that.  Many times I heard the first vision account and many times I have seen the videos that our church has made concerning Joseph Smith and the first vision. Most of the things I see and hear I forget, but what I never forget is that I see a young Anglo Saxon Boy pushing the threshing or plowing cart. And my heart burns inside me when I see that because the whole world knows that he was a humble farm boy. And when I read in wikipedia about Wiliam Tyndale and his heroic devotion and vocation and the words that he uttered before his death, I just lift my eyes to heaven and glorify God. Because the puzzle comes together and it makes me associate that Boy that Tyndale mentioned, whether he knew him or not,  was Jospeh Smith. Jr.   And also because thank to the King James version of the Bible that the Smith had, the Boy of low degree was able to read one single verse that taught him more about the scriptures than any other man I know and open the windows of heaven once again to the whole world.

Joseph Smith may have never become a licensed scholar, but in as little as twenty years he did a work that cannot be surpassed in greatness for the benefit of the whole world with the exception of Jesus Christ. I know that despite all evil reports about him, Joseph Smith was and is a true prophet of GOD.  People may differ in opinion of how things came to pass and the controversies of Zion concerning his divine missions.  But the works  that Joseph Smith left for us all,  including me and you, stands firmly and boldly the proof of time, the law of witnesses and the law of contradiction. Now as you, I fear GOD and have not neglected to give glory to him, for good understanding have those that keep his commandments. And of this I solemnly testify with Gladness and extended arms to heaven, in the sacred name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Yours truly from an unworthy servant in the hand of Christ and an eternal friend of the Prophet Joe Smtih.

An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign

Zion and Jerusalem, September, 5th 2013

An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:

(New Testament | Matthew 12:39)

Jospeh Lian, Bryan Pope and friends and companions

I have read the article of Bryan Pope that you recommended earlier about your sentiments and opinion of why you believe that we, Mormons or the members of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints are not Christians.  And it has some reasoning and rhetoric pleasing to the slothful and carnal and idolatrous or adulterous mind, but your recommended article lacks faith and divine wisdom and it is not entirely supported by the Holy Scriptures, except the one you and Bryan Pope cherry picked for your private interpretation.

I have detected and discerned that most of your beliefs or commentaries are as much subjective as our beliefs, for you do not have the means or faith to prove your own corrupt reasoning other than leaning your faith or believed on borrowed light or the erroneous and inspired beliefs of carnal, sensual and devilish men.

Joseph Lian, Perhaps you have forgotten that there are sins of commission and sins of omission and that we need to go to HEAVEN if we DO or to HELL if we DO NOT.  That if we know how to do good and do it not, that it is a sin.  In other words, that wee need to work our salvation with fear and trembling before GOD until we are truly justified or make our calling and election sure.  That is, we to learn and make an effort to obedient and also to sacrifice’ Then after we have done all we can, we are or can reasonably expect to saved by grace.  And if we don’t do anything, we are not. The LORD is searching for doers and not only hearers of the word.  Tell me, I pray you, are you keeping the Holy Commandments?  That is are you staying away from Idolatry, are you serving GOD? Do you love your neighbor as yourself? Are you keeping the Sabbath Day Holy? Are you honoring your father and your mother? Are you bearing false witness? Are you keeping yourself away from the property that is not yours? Are you coveting? In sum, are the holy commandments, laws and statutes of GOD written in your very own heart?  I do not know about you, but my Jesus keeps me busy and not slacking or slothful as yours.  I am working my own salvation with fear and trembling before him. And he says to us concerning your kind and next of kin by the mouth of his holy prophets:

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

(New Testament | Philippians 2:12 - 16)

You have thus far shown me that you believe in the bible or in Jesus, but not that you have faith or follow its precepts such as the holy commandments or the laws of the gospel.  I have a word of wisdom for you that may come as a bucket of cold water to you.  And the words come from the Bible that you so much cherish which say that you do well to believe in one GOD, but know also that the devil and his angels, do not believe, but know of a surety of his existence and they fear and tremble but it profits them not.

Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?

Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

(New Testament | James 2:19 - 26)

Also, you have forgotten the difference between Immortality and eternal life.  Please pardon the redundancy, but immortality is simply to live forever or to resurrect and be subject to Christ unto judgment.  And that redemption from death and hell is free. That is why Christ died and shed what was left of his blood on the cross.  No matter what, sooner or later we are all going to resurrect. But for the unrepentant will take a little longer.  If not, the scriptures would not mention a first or a second resurrection.  If you we do works of righteousness, then righteousness is going to be restored to us, because we reap what we saw. But if we are unclean and unrighteous, that same wickedness is going to be restored to us.  Do not believe for a moment that your evilness will be forgotten and that you are going to be made whole and good and be able no dwell in the presence of GOD. Therefore, if you are unclean you will be unclean still and in that state you will not be able to stand comfortable in the presence of God with a remembrance of all your guilt.  His judgment and presence will be horrendous and a hard thing to bear.  If we are unclean, we will wish for the stones and mountains to fall upon us to hide us from his presence. But if we do what he says, then, we are going to have a good and pleasant time at judgment day and be rewarded accordingly.  Some will enter into his rest forever more and some will be cast out to their own place according to their works.  For there is the Glory of the Sun, and of the moon and of the stars.

Now, Christ suffered his greatest agony for our sins on the wine press or the mount of Gethsemane, even before he was crucified. And he did it only for those that repent and for no one else.

For he is the same yesterday, to-day, and forever; and the way is prepared for all men from the foundation of the world, if it so be that they repent and come unto him.

(Book of Mormon | 1 Nephi 10:18)

And he suffereth this that the resurrection might pass upon all men, that all might stand before him at the great and judgment day. And he commandeth all men that they must repent, and be baptized in his name, having perfect faith in the Holy One of Israel, or they cannot be saved in the kingdom of God. And if they will not repent and believe in his name, and be baptized in his name, and endure to the end, they must be damned; for the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, has spoken it.

(Book of Mormon | 2 Nephi 9:22 - 24)

Behold, he offereth himself a sacrifice for sin, to answer the ends of the law, unto all those who have a broken heart and a contrite spirit; and unto none else can the ends of the law be answered.

Wherefore, how great the importance to make these things known unto the inhabitants of the earth, that they may know that there is no flesh that can dwell in the presence of God, save it be through the merits, and mercy, and grace of the Holy Messiah, who layeth down his life according to the flesh, and taketh it again by the power of the Spirit, that he may bring to pass the resurrection of the dead, being the first that should rise.

Wherefore, he is the firstfruits unto God, inasmuch as he shall make intercession for all the children of men; and they that believe in him shall be saved.  And because of the intercession for all, all men come unto God; wherefore, they stand in the presence of him, to be judged of him according to the truth and holiness which is in him.  Wherefore, the ends of the law which the Holy One hath given, unto the inflicting of the punishment which is affixed, which punishment that is affixed is in opposition to that of the happiness which is affixed, to answer the ends of the atonement—

(Book of Mormon | 2 Nephi 2:7 - 10)

Therefore, we cannot repent unless we exercise faith in Christ, which is more than merely acknowledging and accepting him.  And is not faith exercising some kind of action on our part which can be constituted as a work.  So, it is with baptism and taking the other saving ordinances of the gospel under those in authority.  If not the scriptures would not say that the books would be open and we are all going to be judged for our works or deeds, but not only for our works, but for our thoughts and our words. And even with that we have to persevere in obedience to all the commandments until the end of our lives if it is that we desire to have the RIGHT to MERCY and GRACE for no unclean thing can dwell in the presence of GOD.

With regards to your article you recoemended, First: How conveniently the devil is cheating your souls WITH HIS PLAN OF SALVATION, saying to you that salvation is totally free, yes it is free. I am going to show you the face of your Jesus and the face of my Jesus. Here is a video that speak better than ten thousand words.

I HAVE A PLAN

And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

(Old Testament | Joshua 24:15)

Because according to your nehorian docrtrines God came to save us in our sin not from our sins. In that case which is wrong of course, you would not need to exercise faith in Christ unto what? Unto repentance, that means that you would not need to feel really sorry for your sins, nor have a need to confess them, neither to forsake them and make restitution as much as you are able to.  How convenient. If that is the Kind of Salvation you want, good luck, for if you lack faith to sacrifice all things, you will never have the power to exercise faith unto life and salvation. Therefore, good luck,  you are going to need it. THEREFORE id works are not needed then James is Lying.

Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.

(New Testament | James 2:17 - 18)

Second, third and fourth.  I am glad that I mentioned James above, for it was James, not only Moroni who suggested, if not recommenced that if any of us lack wisdom let him ask God and he will give him that ask in faith liberally and/or abundantly.  The spirit of discernment comes only to the baptized and those that have received the gifts of the Holy Ghost or the true seekers of truth and not to the doubtful or skeptics or adulterous sign seekers.  Well said the LORD that the wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign but no sign will be given but the sign of the prophet Jonas.  Jesus did many miracles that do not have a subjective explanation.  I know that Jesus walked on water, because I have run over water, at least in the spirit and I have flown in the heavens and in and out of this planet also. And I also know that he turn water into wine, but I am ignorant of the methods he used to do those miracles.

But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.

The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.

When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.  Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

(New Testament | Matthew 12:39 - 45)

And if we can ask God a witness about the book of Mormon we can ask also about anything else including the doctrines of the Bible or any other given truth including if there is one God or many gods. Are not the sons of GOD gods also? Was not for this particular saying that the LORD Jesus Christ was crucified? He was not crucified for being kind, loving and merciful, but for comparing himself to GOD the father. In fact, many times he said that he came not to do his will but the will of him that sent him. And nothing did he do but what he saw the father do. So, whatsoever Christ did had been done by the father, sometime and somewhere we are not told. So, if we believe in Christ we have to take all those things, including the physical creation of this earth on faith and not by knowledge.

Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth?  declare, if thou hast understanding. Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest?  or who hath stretched the line upon it? Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened?  or who laid the corner stone thereof; When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

(Old Testament | Job 38:4 - 7)

Now, have you enquired of GOD with faith and real intent to do according to his will whether the book of Mormon is true or not.  Because if he manifests that it is true to you in any way shape or form, subjective or objective, you are under solemn obligation to follow his precepts as much as you would follow those that are in the bible.  And if you just want to know and not do as the adulterous signs or proof seekers do, you are not going to get a witness and you will be condemned anyway for doubting and rejecting his words.   We are not here to prove that the church of Jesus Christ or the Book of Mormon is true.  The church and the book does not need our proof or reproof to exist or be.  We are here to declare it and it is your choice to take it or even it but not to choose the consequences of your choices.  If you do well you will be accepted and you will be cast out if you do not. Because the work of GOD must go on with us or without us.  It is that simple.  I personally, have undeniable proof of the veracity of the church and the book of Mormon. In fact I am a living proof because I am of lamanitish descent and I have both heard and seen.  I am a product of the book. If the book is not true and faithful, I am not here and I do not exist. I know more like unto me who are recent converts to the church who are of American Indian stock and they speak in every day life in the same dialect or language of the book of Mormon and have the customs of which the book of Mormon speaks.  I myself have seen baptismal fonts in my homeland of   pre-Columbian date that attest to the truthfulness of the book of Mormon.  And I can go on and on, citing scriptures and other evidence that will not satisfy your lust.  And even if I were to show unto you all things, you still will not believe because you are an unrepentant son of hell.

But perhaps you will listen to one of your own. Do not the scriptures say that God created the whole world and that he came to save the earth? Are we not in America part of the world? If you would not believe in me, perhaps you will believe the testimony of one of your own that came to his senses and believed. Have you heard of the apology and testimony of the Book of Mormon of a Baptist preachers named Lynn Ridenhour.  Now you gave me four meager and unsupported reasons why you believe or think that we are not Christians and that the book of Mormon and our believed are not true. Now I will give you ten unbiased biblical proofs that the Book of Mormon is true plus one testimony that we walk the talk.

Pastor Lynn Ridenhour’s Apologhy to the Mormons

Ten Biblical Proofs of the Book of Mormonby Lynn Ridenhour,

A Southern Baptist Minister

NOW faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.

By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised. nTherefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.

These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.m And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.

By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called: Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure.

By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come.

By faith Jacob, when he was a dying, blessed both the sons of Joseph; and worshipped, leaning upon the top of his staff.

By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones.

By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months of his parents, because they saw he was a proper child; and they were not afraid of the king's commandment.
By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter; Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward. By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible. Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them.

By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned.

By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days.

By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace. And what shall I more say?  for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets: Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:

And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:

They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;m (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth. And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

(New Testament | Hebrews 11:1 - 40)

And now, I, Moroni, would speak somewhat concerning these things; I would show unto the world that faith is things which are hoped for and not seen; wherefore, dispute not because ye see not, for ye receive no witness until after the trial of your faith. For it was by faith that Christ showed himself unto our fathers, after he had risen from the dead; and he showed not himself unto them until after they had faith in him; wherefore, it must needs be that some had faith in him, for he showed himself not unto the world. But because of the faith of men he has shown himself unto the world, and glorified the name of the Father, and prepared a way that thereby others might be partakers of the heavenly gift, that they might hope for those things which they have not seen.

Wherefore, ye may also have hope, and be partakers of the gift, if ye will but have faith. Behold it was by faith that they of old were called after the holy order of God.

Wherefore, by faith was the law of Moses given.  But in the gift of his Son hath God prepared a more excellent way; and it is by faith that it hath been fulfilled. For if there be no faith among the children of men God can do no miracle among them; wherefore, he showed not himself until after their faith.

Behold, it was the faith of Alma and Amulek that caused the prison to tumble to the earth.

Behold, it was the faith of Nephi and Lehi that wrought the change upon the Lamanites, that they were baptized with fire and with the Holy Ghost.

Behold, it was the faith of Ammon and his brethren which wrought so great a miracle among the Lamanites.

Yea, and even all they who wrought miracles wrought them by faith, even those who were before Christ and also those who were after. And it was by faith that the three disciples obtained a promise that they should not taste of death; and they obtained not the promise until after their faith.

And neither at any time hath any wrought miracles until after their faith; wherefore they first believed in the Son of God.

And there were many whose faith was so exceedingly strong, even before Christ came, who could not be kept from within the veil, but truly saw with their eyes the things which they had beheld with an eye of faith, and they were glad. And behold, we have seen in this record that one of these was the brother of Jared; for so great was his faith in God, that when God put forth his finger he could not hide it from the sight of the brother of Jared, because of his word which he had spoken unto him, which word he had obtained by faith. And after the brother of Jared had beheld the finger of the Lord, because of the promise which the brother of Jared had obtained by faith, the Lord could not withhold anything from his sight; wherefore he showed him all things, for he could no longer be kept without the veil.

And it is by faith that my fathers have obtained the promise that these things should come unto their brethren through the Gentiles; therefore the Lord hath commanded me, yea, even Jesus Christ.

And I said unto him: Lord, the Gentiles will mock at these things, because of our weakness in writing; for Lord thou hast made us mighty in word by faith, but thou hast not made us mighty in writing; for thou hast made all this people that they could speak much, because of the Holy Ghost which thou hast given them; And thou hast made us that we could write but little, because of the awkwardness of our hands.  Behold, thou hast not made us mighty in writing like unto the brother of Jared, for thou madest him that the things which he wrote were mighty even as thou art, unto the overpowering of man to read them.

Thou hast also made our words powerful and great, even that we cannot write them; wherefore, when we write we behold our weakness, and stumble because of the placing of our words; and I fear lest the Gentiles shall mock at our words.

And when I had said this, the Lord spake unto me, saying: Fools mock, but they shall mourn; and my grace is sufficient for the meek, that they shall take no advantage of your weakness; And if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness.  I give unto men weakness that they may be humble; and my grace is sufficient for all men that humble themselves before me; for if they humble themselves before me, and have faith in me, then will I make weak things become strong unto them.

Behold, I will show unto the Gentiles their weakness, and I will show unto them that faith, hope and charity bringeth unto me—the fountain of all righteousness.

(Book of Mormon | Ether 12:6 - 28)

And now I, Mormon, speak unto you, my beloved brethren; and it is by the grace of God the Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, and his holy will, because of the gift of his calling unto me, that I am permitted to speak unto you at this time.

Wherefore, I would speak unto you that are of the church, that are the peaceable followers of Christ, and that have obtained a sufficient hope by which ye can enter into the rest of the Lord, from this time henceforth until ye shall rest with him in heaven.

And now my brethren, I judge these things of you because of your peaceable walk with the children of men.  For I remember the word of God which saith by their works ye shall know them; for if their works be good, then they are good also. For behold, God hath said a man being evil cannot do that which is good; for if he offereth a gift, or prayeth unto God, except he shall do it with real intent it profiteth him nothing.

(Book of Mormon | Moroni 7:2 - 6)

Now, Joseph Lian and Friends,I have shown you plenty or abundant evidence of My faith by my works for I have labored much to be able to bring you to the knowledge of my Jesus Christ. And in the last day he will show you that he commanded me to write or rewrite these things to take your justification away and to seal the law and the testimony among the LORD’s disciples. And  since I was inspired to search and declare these things to you, my words are binding upon your souls and if you reject them, they will constitute evidence against you in the day of judgment. And I exhort you to remember these things for the times speedily comes that LORD will show you that they are true and that I lie not, for he will say unto you:

Did I not declare my words unto you, which were written by this man, like as one crying from the dead, yea, even as one speaking out of the dust?

Of these things I testify solemnly and soberly and I do it humbly and with a single eye for the honor and Glory of GOD, and I do this as one having authority  in his Holy name, even in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Attentively yours from an unworthy servant in the hand of Christ, even the ROD servant.
