And when the times of the Gentiles is come in, a light shall break forth among them that sit in darkness, and it shall be the fulness of my gospel; But they receive it not; for they perceive not the light, and they turn their hearts from me because of the precepts of men.
(Doctrine and Covenants | Section 45:28 - 29)
I could not contain my testimonial discourse in one single place. Therefore, the previous monograph to this, was edited, revised, condensed and tailored to the best of my abilities for a more profound appreciation of the subjects at hand. I am here to continue until you see and hear that a marvelous work and a wonder is about to come forth among the children of men or until it is said, it is finished.
I can only testify of what I have heard and seen and or what the spirit of the LORD has impressed upon me, and the wisdom thereof remains with the LORD. And the LORD willing, I will make known or manifest many other important points unto your souls to prepare it for what will shortly come to pass. This is that you could also see and hear what the spirit says to the churches.
Now, what I am about to write and show, I have already shown it to you in the previous discourse that I wrote yesterday. When the desire, will and opportunity permits, please go back to my previous work and let your spirit digest what was added unto it. Please be attentive and pray in your heart so that you are able to perceive the light that shall break forth.
And if you see what I see, what do you hear? Incline your ear, and if you do not hear it the first time or the second, do now worry, in the third time you will hear it and your heart will burn when you hear it. When you hear it, it will pierce your soul, and it will make cause your frame to tremble and shake also. Because if you have faith in Jesus Christ, this is what you will see and hear:
AND now it came to pass that there were a great multitude gathered together, of the people of Nephi, round about the temple which was in the land Bountiful; and they were marveling and wondering one with another, and were showing one to another the great and marvelous change which had taken place.
And they were also conversing about this Jesus Christ, of whom the sign had been given concerning his death. And it came to pass that while they were thus conversing one with another, they heard a voice as if it came out of heaven; and they cast their eyes round about, for they understood not the voice which they heard; and it was not a harsh voice, neither was it a loud voice; nevertheless, and notwithstanding it being a small voice it did pierce them that did hear to the center, insomuch that there was no part of their frame that it did not cause to quake; yea, it did pierce them to the very soul, and did cause their hearts to burn.
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 11:1 - 3)
And it came to pass that again they heard the voice, and they understood it not.
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 11:4)
And again the third time they did hear the voice, and did open their ears to hear it; and their eyes were towards the sound thereof; and they did look steadfastly towards heaven, from whence the sound came. And behold, the third time they did understand the voice which they heard; and it said unto them:
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 11:5 - 6)
Behold my Beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, in whom I have glorified my name—hear ye him.
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 11:7)
And it came to pass, as they understood they cast their eyes up again towards heaven; and behold, they saw a Man descending out of heaven; and he was clothed in a white robe; and he came down and stood in the midst of them; and the eyes of the whole multitude were turned upon him, and they durst not open their mouths, even one to another, and wist not what it meant, for they thought it was an angel that had appeared unto them.
And it came to pass that he stretched forth his hand and spake unto the people, saying:
Behold, I am Jesus Christ, whom the prophets testified shall come into the world.
And behold, I am the light and the life of the world; and I have drunk out of that bitter cup which the Father hath given me, and have glorified the Father in taking upon me the sins of the world, in the which I have suffered the will of the Father in all things from the beginning.
And it came to pass that when Jesus had spoken these words the whole multitude fell to the earth; for they remembered that it had been prophesied among them that Christ should show himself unto them after his ascension into heaven.
And it came to pass that the Lord spake unto them saying:
Arise and come forth unto me, that ye may thrust your hands into my side, and also that ye may feel the prints of the nails in my hands and in my feet, that ye may know that I am the God of Israel, and the God of the whole earth, and have been slain for the sins of the world. And it came to pass that the multitude went forth, and thrust their hands into his side, and did feel the prints of the nails in his hands and in his feet; and this they did do, going forth one by one until they had all gone forth, and did see with their eyes and did feel with their hands, and did know of a surety and did bear record, that it was he, of whom it was written by the prophets, that should come. And when they had all gone forth and had witnessed for themselves, they did cry out with one accord, saying:
Hosanna! Blessed be the name of the Most High God! And they did fall down at the feet of Jesus, and did worship him.
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 11:8 - 17)
Then, after these things are heard and seen, depending on your faith in Jesus Christ, when these things shall be made manifest unto you, you should expect the LORD to expound all scriptures that are pertaining to your salvation. And also you should expect to bend the knee and confess with your tongue that Jesus is the Christ.
You will be gathered together and partake of his Holy Sacrament, that is to say, He will break bread and wine and command you kneel and to pray until you are washed, purified and sanctified and his light shines in you. The Lord will also pray for you great and marvelous things that cannot be spoken about.
After which, you should also expect him to tell you to bring forth the sick and afflicted, the blind, the deaf and the maimed that are among you. He will heal them all. Then you will see him cry and retire a little away from you and pray unto the Father and say to him how troubled he is for your sins. And when he has done all this you will fall to his feet and you will wash his feet with your tears.
Have ye any that are sick among you? Bring them hither. Have ye any that are lame, or blind, or halt, or maimed, or leprous, or that are withered, or that are deaf, or that are afflicted in any manner? Bring them hither and I will heal them, for I have compassion upon you; my bowels are filled with mercy. For I perceive that ye desire that I should show unto you what I have done unto your brethren at Jerusalem , for I see that your faith is sufficient that I should heal you. And it came to pass that when he had thus spoken, all the multitude, with one accord, did go forth with their sick and their afflicted, and their lame, and with their blind, and with their dumb, and with all them that were afflicted in any manner; and he did heal them every one as they were brought forth unto him. And they did all, both they who had been healed and they who were whole, bow down at his feet, and did worship him; and as many as could come for the multitude did kiss his feet, insomuch that they did bathe his feet with their tears.
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 17:7 - 10)
You will then see things that the eye has not seen and hear things that the ear has not heard from your little ones and from the prayers of Christ, unspeakable things that is. And you will wonder and marvel at what your little ones will say. But nothing of which I have written about will happen unless the LORD finds faith in you. And if you are blessed as my fathers were blessed after they heard and saw these things of which I am now writing, at last you will hear the Christ say:
And it came to pass that when Jesus had made an end of praying he came again to the disciples, and said unto them: So great faith have I never seen among all the Jews; wherefore I could not show unto them so great miracles, because of their unbelief.
Verily I say unto you, there are none of them that have seen so great things as ye have seen; neither have they heard so great things as ye have heard.
(Book of Mormon | 3 Nephi 19:35 36)
I do not know about you, but I am looking forwards to these things when the LORD comes. If you want to know what else he did, you may freely read it in the Book of Mormon y requesting a free copy from the missionaries or bay calling or visiting The Church of Jesus Christ of latter Days web site or page at www.lds.org Or you can read these things directly by clinking the Links below.
THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS
THE HOLY SCRIPTURES
THE BOOK OF MORMON
THE THIRD BOOKOF NEPHI
Jesus Christ did show himself unto the people of Nephi, as the multitude were gathered together in the land Bountiful, and did minister unto them; and on this wise did he show himself unto them.
Comprising chapters 11 to 26 inclusive.
As you can see, I have thus far heard and seen what he has done and I bear witness by the power of the Holy Ghost that it is true. I also bear witness that the Great Jehovah is Jesus Christ, the son of the Living God or the Glorified deities that appeared to Joseph Smith the prophet in the first vision; and as portrayed speaking to you today with his mighty word which is sharper than a two edged sword that cuts asunder joint and marrow.
And as you have both heard and seen, the LORD is now speaking unto the ends of the earth as recorded in the Book of Doctrine and Covenants and by the mouth of all his holy apostles and prophets, who bear solemn witness of his name and testify of the divinity of the living Christ , and of the restored truth, and of the eternal gospel of Jesus Christ, even up to this very day and hour. This is the great commission of which we have been commissioned that you have heard and seen or known since the LORD was Crucified and resurrected.
THE LIVING CHRIST
The Testimony of the Apostles
Of the truthfulness of these things I solemnly testify with a single eye for the honor and Glory of God in the sacred name of Jesus Christ, amen.

THE TESTIMONY OF EIGHT WITNESSES
ReplyDeleteBE IT KNOWN unto all nations, kindreds, tongues, and people, unto whom this work shall come: That Joseph Smith, Jun., the translator of this work, has shown unto us the plates of which hath been spoken, which have the appearance of gold; and as many of the leaves as the said Smith has translated we did handle with our hands; and we also saw the engravings thereon, all of which has the appearance of ancient work, and of curious workmanship. And this we bear record with words of soberness, that the said Smith has shown unto us, for we have seen and hefted, and know of a surety that the said Smith has got the plates of which we have spoken. And we give our names unto the world, to witness unto the world that which we have seen. And we lie not, God bearing witness of it.
